Effective date: November 12, 2025
We (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operate this website and provide a per-show reactivation service for clinics and other businesses (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information.
What we collect
Website data: device/usage data (IP, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer), cookies, and analytics.
Business contact data: names, emails, phone numbers, job titles that prospects or clients provide to us or that are entered on our website forms.
Client-provided contact lists: contact details of your past inquiries/leads that you lawfully supply to us so we can run a reactivation sprint. We treat this as your data and process it on your behalf.
Communications data: email/SMS content we send, delivery status, opens, clicks, replies, and opt-in/opt-out events.
Billing data: payment method tokens, billing address, and transaction records handled by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Support data: messages you send us (email, chat, forms) and related attachments.
How we use information
To provide and operate the Service, including sending compliant email/SMS on your behalf, booking appointments, and reporting daily results.
To verify shows and calculate per-show charges.
To communicate with you (service announcements, support).
To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
To improve the website and Service.
Our role
For website visitors and our own sales/billing, we are a controller.
For client-provided contact lists and campaigns, we are a processor/service provider acting on your documented instructions in the agreement or order you accept.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
We process personal data based on: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., operating and securing the Service), consent where required (e.g., marketing SMS/email), and compliance with legal obligations.
SMS and email compliance
We honor opt-in requirements and always support STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, and HELP.
We maintain suppression lists and do not message opted-out contacts.
We support A2P 10DLC registration for brand/campaign where applicable.
We do not request or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) via email/SMS; clients must not send PHI to our messaging channels.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site and optional analytics to understand usage. Your browser controls let you manage cookies. Some features may not work without them.
Sharing
We share data with trusted sub-processors solely to operate the Service, such as:
Infrastructure & messaging: CRM/marketing platform (e.g., GoHighLevel), SMS carrier/aggregator (e.g., Twilio or equivalent), email delivery (e.g., Mailgun/SendGrid).
Payments: Stripe (tokenized payments, invoicing).
Productivity & support: email, ticketing, file storage, logging, analytics.
These vendors are bound by agreements to protect data and use it only for our instructions. We may also share as required by law, to protect rights/safety, or in a business transfer.
International transfers
Where data moves outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).
Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk (access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege, monitoring). No system is perfectly secure.
Data retention
Client campaign data and delivery logs: retained for the duration of the sprint and a reasonable period afterward for reporting, billing, and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized.
Suppression (opt-out) data: retained to honor opt-outs.
Billing records: retained as required for accounting/tax.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where we rely on consent. To exercise rights, use the Contact page linked in our site footer. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. California residents may opt out of “selling” or “sharing” personal information (we don’t sell personal information).
Children
Our website and Service are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” reflects the latest version. Continued use of the website or Service means you accept the updated Policy.
